As a working mum of 3, childcare logistics in our family have always been complicated, and even more so now that my 2 eldest are at school. After struggling with childminders and nursery, a friend suggested that we look at getting an Au Pair. Nannies and Childcare were the only local agency able to help me out, as they are the only Bristol agency I know that deals with au pairs. We have now had 2 Au Pairs from them, and they have always been very helpful in finding us the ideal candidate and answering any of our queries and questions. The best thing has been that Nannies and Childcare even organise the English lessons that our Au Pair needs, meaning she has an instant group of friends and can improve her language skills very easily.

I have used Nannies and Childcare to help me find my last two au pairs and they have been great both times.  Using an agency takes all the stress and worry out of finding someone to share your home with and I would thoroughly recommend them.  The agency vets them properly which can be a time consuming process and at least this way you know they are going to turn up!  Dee has been great all round and I would thoroughly recommend Nannies and Childcare for all your childcare and domestic needs!
